Avrofilito Syros Houses is a complex of 5 peaceful vacation apartments situated on the hill of Sklipi, just a 5 minute drive from the cosmopolitan town of Ermoupolis and a 10-15 minute drive to the best beaches of the island. Surrounded by olive and fig trees, the houses are part of a family estate that is named after the literary toponym ‘Avrofilito’.
Our houses were designed and built with great detail, aiming for optimal efficiency, respecting traditional architecture and incorporating local materials. At the upper part of the estate, we created contemporary apartments using the traditional stone structure of early 20th century farmhouses.
Our houses offer magnificent panoramic and unobstructed views of Ano Syros, Ermoupolis, the Neorion Shipyards and, in the background, the islands of Mykonos and Tinos.
The individual properties vary in size and capacity. They accommodate in total up to 26 guests and are ideal for travelers, couples, families and small groups of friends looking for a peaceful escapade on their own, as well as for larger groups wishing to spend their holidays together or celebrate a special occasion.
